The right way to begin a Day-

"A good beginning is the preparation for the best ending."

Everyone desires to have a blissful day in their life. The day when their souls feel delighted, whole, and complete. Their mind feels proud for who they are and their heart feels weightless. A happy day demands a fabulous start. Starting your day peacefully makes you feel lively. For having a happy day you'll need to have a daily routine that will supplement your day. Let's begin with a few daily routines you need to follow for having an amazing day daily.

Gratitude

"A grateful heart always chooses a successful path."

Have you ever realized that you have a lot of things and you are not grateful for them? You are blessed with many things that others don't have. You should be thankful to the universe for granting you all those things others are begging for. The most excellent way of starting your day would be waking up and thanking God. You should praise him for everything he gave you to date. You should feel blessed for the moment. Forget about what you don't have, thank him for the little things he gave you, which made your life prosperous. Thank him for this device that you're operating right now. Thank him for this day, thank him for the eyes which are letting you see this day. Thank him for the food you eat and the shelter you have. We don't understand the significance of gratitude in our life. Gratitude helps in introspecting that we are rushing behind materialistic things. And, ignoring valuable things and people we have. Gratitude makes us realize the value of each and everything we have right now. Feel grateful each morning and you'll see your many more desires coming true.

Yoga as a part of daily exercise

In our everyday life, we are rushing so fast that we don’t have a moment to relax and think about ourselves.

"Eating healthy is important for a good digestive system and,
practicing yoga is essential for avoiding unwanted symptoms."

For developing a healthy body and mind it is crucial to practice yoga daily. Forty-five minutes from our life for ourselves will be mesmerizingly beneficial for us. Exercising yoga doesn’t need sophisticated arrangements and extensive equipment. It requires a commitment for blessing your life with more peace and making it blissful.

We can practice yoga at our home and the first step to begin is, waking up early in the morning. Waking early has many health benefits. We also get the opportunity to witness the beautiful sunrise. Yoga should always begin with the right frame of mind by calming it and chanting om for 2-3 minutes. Chanting om vibration helps you to concentrate and breathe properly. The next step for yoga is corpse posture or Shavasana. You can practice this by lying on the ground on your back. In this posture you resemble a corpse, thus it is called corpse posture. Remember to smoothly transpose from one posture to another and not hurt your muscles.

The second posture you can practice is Chakrasana, the wheel pose. It gives a great stretch to all the muscles of the body.

Then rise up and perform the next asana, forward bending, and backward bending. In forward bending, bend your body from the waist and try touching your toes with your fingers. Remember to not bend your knees.

Then come back to a normal position and keep your hands on your waist and bend back as much as comfortable. Forward bending and backward bending helps to ease the lower back pain and tension and stress in the waist area.

You can perform several asanas or yoga for your neck and shoulders. Most of our time today is spent sitting in front of the phone or laptop. Our neck and shoulders are strained and we don’t pay careful attention to it.

Practice shoulder rotation and Lord Brahma's pose for reducing tension and stress in neck and shoulder areas. You should always remember to end the yoga the way you begin it, that is by breathing correctly and chanting Om. Give yourself 5 minutes for meditating after performing yoga. This will help magically in calming your mind and enhancing concentration.

Yoga has several unbelievable medical benefits if practiced regularly. Self-love is very important for each one of us and self-care comes from yoga. Taking care of your body, mind, and soul should never be neglected.

Meditate

Meditation besides increasing our concentration helps in calming. It gives us a break from our daily routine. Mediation is one of the best techniques for soothing our minds. Meditation is a simple yet beautiful process. Concentrate on your breath while sitting upright and cross-legged. Mediation also helps us in managing our anger and anxieties.

Start with at least 5 minutes of meditation daily and increase time to 10 minutes and then to 15 minutes. Doing mediation for 15 minutes daily will soothe you. It may help you in concentration. And will help you discover answers to many questions you were wondering for so long. Meditation is one of the best ways of developing your personality. Start your day with a meditation and look fresh to an amazing and peaceful day.

Feed your mind with positive things.

After meditation follows the next step, i.e., feeding your mind with something positive. Listen to something good, like motivational video, positive music, podcast, or TED Talks. You may also start your day by reading a good book. Nurturing your subconscious will motivate you. It will build your confidence and listening to good music of your choice can make you feel happy.

Make a To-do list.

Write down all the tasks you have to do in a day. This is the best way to keep reminding yourself about all the important things. This will help you in scheduling every minute of your day. We know how important time is. Once a day is gone it never comes back. It is important for everyone to decide in advance their next step.

"Take a move to rearrange because baby steps bring change."
